At the AGM the CEO stated that the 100million figure related to the total payment over the life of the patent/agreement i.e 10 years. She stressed that it was very difficult to judge based on uncertain sales figures over that time: so could be more, but maybe less.
The confidentiality seems ridiculous: if the agreement is straightforward, why so secretive?
