    • RECEIVED $2 MILLION FROM ROX RESOURCES LTD
    • WILL RECEIVE FURTHER $1 MILLION EITHER BY ISSUE OF RXL SHARES AT 2.4 CENTS EACH OR IN CASH
    • UNIT ELECTED THAT 30% OF COSTS OF OYG JOINT VENTURE BE FUNDED BY ROX RESOURCES
