Also doesn't the sudden flurry of options being exercised look more like profit taking rather than the option holders suddenly becoming aware of the immense opportunity....driving them to exercise early for some desire to fill the coffers in readiness for something. It either suggests the company is dealing in insider trading, the rights owners are blind to the massive potential by exercising early, or in fact they are taking a profit while they can or need the cash.

While it'd be nice to think there is something more strategic happening behind the scenes for the greater good of us all, with regards to options exercised, I just don't see the link. To me it's not a red flag or a go button, it's kind of a neutral signal. Suggesting otherwise, would raise red flags of insider trading and the rats are leaving the sinking ship. I don't believe this is the case.
