It's one thing to apply for ' Shortfall ' shares . It quite another for 3/4 of a million ordinary shares to just disappear in a ' Deal ' behind closed doors with no mention ....and prior to listing whereby no other shareholder was provided the opportunity to ' jettison ' their shares......
