Ann: Consolidation/Split - ICG, page-140

In 2011 I purchased my first parcel of shares in ICG. I have since purchased several more times to take my holdings to 8M with an average of 0.09. For me a lot of money out the door. At numerous stages I could have cashed out and,at the very least, recovered my losses. NO ONE OR FACTOR IS TO BLAME FOR NOT DOING THIS BUT ME. The reason I continue to hold is twofold. The money I invested was always going to be over the long term and I felt (and still do) that the eventual ROI would be in my favour. I've never really considered my investment as a "life changer" and would be happy with a 2 bagger to pay off the mortgage. Am I frustrated with the lack of progress since 2011 - Yes. Should I have gotten out earlier -Maybe. Do I feel that a consolidation was necessary - YES. Ultimately I choose to remain invested in ICG as I believe the company has reached the stage where I can see some very positive results. There's now really any of us shareholders can do (short of mass discontent) to stymie the consolidation. To all those long termers,like myself. I hope that the wait equals reward.
