The options have been issued as incentive options to a technical consultant, but they haven't been exercised.

If and when the consultant exercises the options then KAU will receive the cash for them at the exercise price x the amount of options exercised.
As the options are exercisable at a price higher than todays share price then the incentive is for the technical consultant to work harder in order to appreciate the share price, then their options are 'in the money' and can be exercised at a discount to buying shares on market.
