It is interesting that ISX states that ASX has given partial data to a third party.
The ASIC Act states:(4EA) If ASIC discloses information to a disciplinary body under subparagraph (4)(d)(i), the body or a member of the body:
(a) must not disclose the information to any other person; and
(b) must not use the information for any purpose other than for deciding whether or not to take disciplinary or other action or for taking that action.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
