once the tribunal decision has been made (sometime this milennium) then the gaps in the depth will be filled in the normal 1c/2c manner.... in any event, I don't believe the sp will improve markedly even with a favourable decision - which I expect to be the outcome.....
I'd like to believe RWD will do good things, but let's face it, RWD has done hardly any work and they'll be needing around $200m to seriously get LD off the ground - where's the money coming from?.....
