Question could sedco 703 actually be in the hands of conocophilips? and they have not told us, do they only need to advise us once they spud the well?
Reason, Rigzone have on the website, that 703 is currently with conoco and also trans ocean have updateD their fleet status and it advises conocophillips jan 09,no mention of woodside anywhere .
