Its a good question and hopefully we get a new Top 20 in the Annual Report.
IMO what is really important from the article I found was that in all but one case in 2017 the Shareholders voted with the recommendation of the Board and prevented a take over.
IMO With JM being a 30 year veteran in all things HK there are not going to be too many people in the world that know more than him about the size of the opportunity for ADN. I know the board are thinking about preventative measures and hopefully independent reporting is on the agenda as well as the Board's recommendation to not accept any offers.
Note to traders...
IMO In any TO offer, hostile or otherwise, the SP will raise to close to the offer price and you can accept the offer or sell on market.
