I agree with you guys about small steps, but now is seriously the time to carefully buy some decent building blocks for the future, while we are seriously rich and others are broke (or stupid, unfocused and illdisciplined like COE).

I'd agree and think Ted has to be near signing up something now. He"ll probably have needed a bit of time to evaluate opportunities thoroughly, and the best/cheapest probably only started getting aggressively offered from Nov (and I hope he had a long restful holiday too). Feb would be the logical time to see deals between the cashed and the desperate commence. This is when sp could jump 5 cps with no warning,lol I am starting to sound like a ramper.
