Lol. ADN's runway to production is tiny and technical complexity and hence risk is low.
It was 30 months for Gold Road to go from DFS to First Gold.
ADN will go from DFS to commencement of operations in 12 months, first revenues in about 18 months. Simple shallow open pit. More like a quarry operation than most mines. Payback in 15 months from start of operations.
ADN are also using an off-the shelf process plant.
The mining and processing is also much, much simpler than a big Gold or Lithium operation.
