We know msb have been working closely with the FDA and could have been made aware of the FDA response for Friday. None of us hear are expert enough to know the communications between FDA and MSB to a certainty
I would not think it wise for MSB to receive a CRL then pause for 3 days to try and spin this into something positive. If anything the 2016 CHF suspension of trade would be more likely prevent them from doing this again as opposed to being an indication of their current thought process.
