Could well be Hornet - I have no idea personally re the details - but I know that MEP are very very focussed on being an innovative geophysics led explorer - looking for deposits (Cu mainly) at depth in specific basement areas of the country.
I don't think they want to deviate from that too much and will use any GWK income stream to fund their own drilling (instead of arranging JVs). Oh, and paying dividends.
