If you wish to argue that changing their language counts as a "downgrade" then that is fine and entirely up to you. To me, that seems a little subjective, as a lot of people would kill for 10% growth off a $1.7B revenue base in the current environment. Especially if there is no concrete reason why that growth would not be higher once COVID-related factors dissipate in the next year or so.
However, for my part, I was talking about providing a revenue estimate that then needed to be lowered i.e. a revenue downgrade. The company hasn't ever done this, which I believe ought to be taken into account when evaluating such estimates from the company.
