Seeing as we are all speculating I thought I would throw this one in.
What's the chance that ME with his noted distain for shareholders is not negotiating a farm in, he is in fact negotiating a sell out?
Would he sell before the drill gets wet if the price was right and what would that price be?
Perhaps that is why it is taking so long.
