You could be right 13th, however:

1. The Cobra release says in capitalized letters at the top of the announcement:

”NOT FOR RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN OR INTO THE UNITED STATES, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, JAPAN, THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION WHERE TO DO SO WOULD CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF THE RELEVANT LAWS OF SUCH JURISDICTION.”

That is a pretty clear statement and hence may explain the need for ADN to prepare its own announcement for the ASX about information that is clearly material.

2. If Cobra has now earned the right to 50% of the Wudinna project then it may be that: (a) ADN and Cobra are formalising the terms of the new joint venture company / agreement; and (b) we could see details about that concurrently with ADN’s release to the market about the results.
