soooo if as some peeps speculate that a company with sooooo many shares is over priced because its not currently returning dividends or in production...... how does anything become valuable ???
or is it a case that something becomes valuable because people want it........

crumbs originally there was some muppet that tripped over a lump of sharp yellow rock ( or rounded depending on the type of formation) he probably tied to to the end of a stick to smack things with it....
untill his Mrs saw it and said 'thats purdy"... he then started bringing them home to win her favours, it instantly went up in value
