if you believe in the project that James is building and you believe like I do that he wants 100% of it then a reasonable assumption is that there is some level of switching between ADN & MEP.
If you think a 'friendly' merger is likely then the switch is a "no-brainer".
Others are just taking profits.
Still others are traders taking the opportunity to sell into todays news in the expectation they will buy at a lower price in the next few days.
All-in-all, nothing to see here, everything is normal.
