I agree with you. The price seems easily manipulated down when it needs to be for the purposes of a CR. It is the only explanation i can come up with as to why someone would be capping the price, which has clearly been happening. When the board is openly looking for money to complete the BFS or whatever else they are supposed to be doing, they are doing that by handing out cheap shares and diluting even further. Why would an investor hand over $10m for shares while the price is at 10c if they can get 5 times as many shares when the price is at 2c?
