The thought of partnering with chinese for anything at the moment causes a little anxiety, and it would appear there will be "boots on the ground" at quite a few stages of this JVA. If LCK are able to see this proposed venture through, it will give them the funding to keep the lights on and pay some bills, and I applaud management for their ability to seek opportunities elsewhere, while at the same time, keeping their dream alive.
