Given the current price arbitrage with MEP, an entity could bid for a hostile takeover and not share the same interests as ADN for whatever reason. This would make life unnecessarily difficult, and is why I would like to see ADN/MEP as one entity.
Reminder that ADN owns 75% of the GW Kaolin venture and 50% of the Nanotechnology venture!
