Hi all, I mentioned some time ago that I had embarked on an exercise regime so thought would update. Everything has improved heaps.
Just weighed myself, 65.5kg, down from 74.5kg and 1kg short of my target. All this in 9 weeks going hard on workouts and diet.
Walking up to 15.5km per day (20,000 steps at 5kph).
Plus 96 each of pushups, situps, leg raises, and crunches. Pot belly nearly gone. Shame I cannot run due to old ankle injury from falling off a roof.
