I have discussed this issue with ASX staff. True that ASX has final say.If the company considers the ann is price sensitive it must include that on the heading of the ann. The ASX may or may not agree that it is price sensitive. But If the ann is not designated as price sensitive by the company the ASX will not mark it as price sensitive. I specifically asked that question. It took a while to get that answer. This was not in relation to LCK. It was a gold explorer.
