Pure speculation on my part...but i wonder whether the timing on take up at .32 is indicative of LCK's timing expecation regarding the execution of offtake agreements??? As with one or a coulpe of solid offtake agreements, with national/multi-national partners, IMHO will push the SP north of .32 and all of a sudden offers the US insto a discount to market price.... And JP was alluding to a 2 month window in his interview re' offtake partners.....all specualtion on my part as i try to put the jigsaw puzzle together.
