My takeaway from the Procactive interview: DFS delay!
It sounds like James is hinting that it will require everything to fall into place quickly to get the DFS complete by the end of the second qtr.
His comment: "We want the best possible case we can present". (At 8 min 30 sec.)
Concrete trials are not complete so I wonder if that is the holdup. Concrete is essential to the "best possible case".
Anyway, just a minor hiccup and of no consequence for LTHs.
