James Marsh didn't just wake up one day last year and decide concrete would be an excellent way to move the SP.
Do do some digging and you'll discover that he's been researching concrete applications for literally decades.
If his experience and acumen suggests that there is potentially a business case for concrete then I'm more than content to let him explore the opportunity.
