Thats right zmans, expecially if the phosphate resource pays back the capex cost within a short period of time. I like MAKs approach, keep diversified. If phosphate doesnt go to plan then there are other opportunities.
Not 100% sure but from memory I thought that some drilling results for the tn resource weren't that great. But could be wrong it was a while ago.
