Gold down to $1730, after hitting as low as $1,717, but A$ down to 77 cents, so A$ price of gold virtually unchanged at around $2,245.
HUI down over 4%.
Let's hope the falling $A will spare us from the carnage on Monday.
Hopefully this is capitulation lows for gold.
