    Thanks Stove. I have been speculating about the reasons for the trading suspension. Could it be that the party interested in acquiring a stake in URL wanted trading ceased as further increases in the share price of URL would have weakened their negotiating power with URL? So they might have asked for suspension of trading as a precondition for negotiation.
