This is definitely a possibility, the comment regarding the final negotiation coming from the US is encouraging. I too have speculated over many different scenarios but honestly at this stage I'd only be guessing as to who's involved and the final impact on the company. What we also must remember is this could be a standard Cap Raising, less likely with the delay but still a possibility. My gut tells me it's more.
