I'm not going to get into a vitriolic argument with you. Shorting activity has increased as shares have become available to borrow. The total short position is still negligible (less than 1% of issued capital). Compare that to some heavily shorted stocks where up to 10% of issued capital is shorted.

You label me a troll - why? What is a troll? Do you mean someone who has a different opinion to you re a share?

Personally, I welcome other peoples views on the shares I hold. Over the years a number of astute posters have saved me money when I've read their posts on HC and it's changed my view (or tempered my view) re a particular stock.

If these threads can only be for the cheer squad where only positive posts are welcome, well then IMO Hot Copper will be of very little value.
