James has articulated in earlier interviews that it’s not as simple as negotiating a price re boa’s.
From memory first we have to get them on board enough to get us to send a test shipment of say a couple of tonnes to them.
Then once it arrives it sits idle until a window opens up to minimise disruption for them to actually put it thru their processing plants to verify it’ll meet their specs. How long that is completely out of ADN’s hands...
Then boa’s can be negotiated.. All this takes time.
Then layer that with some covid disruptions..
Although at the extreme end remember how long japan took to get on board??
With this in mind, and what seems like a few newer opportunities of late appearing away from China that they want to explore to further de risk the project. I still believe the ball is still in our court regarding negotiations and BOA’s.
With this in mind I believe it’s just the nature of the industry we’re selling into that’s needs to be better understood more so than anything sinister.
