not an ideal situation when someone is willing to do a special crossing at a discount price to where the market is (ie the market was at 20c at the time and the crossing was 19c)
Always better for the bidder trying to build the position to have to step up to the offer to get the shares. Means there is currently a lot of supply with downward pressure on the share price.
But someone may be trying to build a large position and have more to purchase?!
Lots of ifs and buts-in isolation with no other info it looks a bit bearish
