The only hope investors have is to take the matter up with your local Federal Member of Parliament and the Opposition between now and the next elections early next year and demand that a Royal Commission be initiated .
Whether there is any action or not by the Politicians Mainstream Media need to be involved and apply political pressure.
Like a few other posters have mentioned you cannot sell a house, car, boat etc that you do not own, and you cannot borrow your neighbour's house and sell it .
ALL ILLEGAL --
Its time to apply the blowtorch on the law, stock market system, politicians, ASIC & ACCC.
I have initiated going through that process and will continue up the line, and see where it goes.
The more people do same the the more the blowtorch will illuminate the illegal practices and imbalances .
HIGH TIME FOR GROUP ACTION.
