Correct, it IS approved elsewhere and is NOT being marketed. If there was an agreement with Lloyds to market it, wouldn't you think that SPL would have taken an interest in what that marketing would be and made appropriate marketing provisions part of the contract? And, what is the track record? How well was Vivagel marketed in places where it was approved?
