a MC of 460M for where this is at is hardly a "bargain"
it could only be such IF EVERYTHING came to fruition. i doubt that will happen. rarely does EVERYTHING work.
people waiting to see how much different the DFS is from the PFS...
people now know its going to be vastly different.
will it support the new study? time will tell.
