    • THROUGH UNIT, ENTERED INTO A BINDING FARM-IN AGREEMENT WITH KINROSS GOLD CORPORATION
    • AGREEMENT ON FOUR EXPLORATION LICENCE AND LICENCE APPLICATIONS IN CENTRAL LAPLAND GREENSTONE BELT IN NORTHERN FINLAND
    • UNDER AGREEMENT, KINROSS CAN SPEND UP TO US$9.5 MILLION TO EARN A 70% INTEREST IN THESE LICENCES
