The LNH had no need to put AJM into receivership.

They would not have done it if they didn't know the outcome.

Good point, the lnh would not have gone ahead if the outcome was potentially worse for them. Of they stood to lose they would've stayed with AJM. But as the letter from AJM said, they were in negotiations and without warning went into receivership. Started by LNH....small like rotten fish to me.
