Please ! As the CEO she should have been all over the MHRA approval prior to launch, as should the Chairman and Board … they chose to launch in the UK and as I have stated previously Brexit didn’t happen this week ….
These issues should have be known knowns and dealt with prior to any Viraleze hitting the shelves in the UK ….. if the packaging needs changing that will cost money, money a loss making biotech can’t really afford to be spending - the only saving grace is that the current stock held by McKessons can be sold in other approved regions like India and the EU as they are, assuming of course the packaging was approved in that regulatory process ?
Not really sure who you think should take the blame for the current UK situation, but I am all ears for your nomination of who you think the buck stops with ?
