I'm afraid it doesn't. The company spends about $6m a year on opex plus some drilling. To meet the audit standard of twelve months availability (some auditors ask for more) they need to have $6m in the bank - they won't quite have that by 30 June. That's before any spend on plant etc. Please read my comments carefully.
