I don't know how financing capex works. So I have a question. I won't be reading any responses from the shorter crew, as they'll all be BS.

Why can't this be 100% debt financed, or close to 100%? $100M, or there abouts, isn't that much. They have a big BOA, and I'm sure they can disclose the terms to the lender. When JM said he wasn't considering a CR, I interpreted that as meaning they'd borrow the money. Its a good opportunity for the banks to build local connections. I'd imagine once the DFS is done, they'd be a pretty safe bet for the banks?

Like I said, I know nothing about financing. So perhaps my question is naïve. But I'll ask anyway.
