The implementation of vaccinations and quarantine is the responsibility of the state govts.
If you compare Victoria to other states it has been a disaster.
800+ died on their watch.
Current population in Victoria is in decline.

It also shows the States wield more power than the Federal Govt
I support any state going into lockdown early to control the spread
I wonder is NSW waited too long...
The bigger issue is we get clean and then let the virus in again...

All the Fed Govt can do is order more vaccines and hopefully not get screwed over by suppliers.
I guess no one predicted AZ would be problematic.

I have been ringing the vaccination hotline every two days to get a pfizer booking and cannot get one.
...but they confirmed 2nd dose Pfizer is available anywhere (are they stock piling the vaccine?)

On topic.
I am confident JM and team will keep the news coming and further de-risk the project.
I am not a trader so, whilst frustrating, expect the SP will sort itself out and have negative ninnies on ignore.
