Cheers cabe. Your churning theory is as good as any, in the absence of news from management.
The evidence to date does seem to support it. MHL needs, as it says in its corporate statement, "best fit partners to aide (sic) it in its business forward strategy". If this is not forthcoming for its existing assets then its hard to imagine how MHL will reinvent itself, or even continue as a going concern.
I'll continue to hold as I'd rather lose the current 8k market value than sell into any rally, or churn, or high frequency trading, at this level. Fortunately, another energy stock has more than covered my mhl losses. (ps And I won't blame management, or market shenanigans, for my own decisions.)
