"Whom's"???
Accepting the typo on the apostrophe s (Whom is smarter?) ...
'Who' is used the replace the subject of the sentence (e.g. Margaret63 is smarter = Who is smarter? Margaret63!)
'Whom' is used to replace the object of the sentence (e.g. Margaret63 is smarter than FlashHarry = Margaret63 is smarter than whom? FlashHarry!
For Whom The Bell Tolls = The Bell Tolls For Whom? = The Bell Tolls For You!
P.S. Loved the cartoons but my grammarian OCD got the better of me.
