no i didnt i said 100M for the plant and with all the other sunken costs and other development costs there might be some change out of $150M. go back and check. ill put a figure on it now 125M - 140M depending on a number of things that arent known now. its easy to recognise here those who have knowledge and those who rely on youtube videos.
