All this talk about the BOD makes my blood boil. I have said many times that I think James is carrying passengers. He is a gun and they are riding him like a bronco. And when they should have stood up and managed the CR better, they were silent, leaving 'advisers' to completely screw shareholders. I've seen this before over 40 years of investing but this is one of the worst. And you know what - they'll 'get away' with it because James is a champion, ADN is clearly going places and so much to look forward to. BUT I HOPE I WILL NOT BE THE ONLY PERSON ASKING PERTINENT QUESTIONS AT THE AGM. Feel frustrated? Good. Remember this when the AGM comes around.....
