Yes I suppose you could call it legal manipulation, there is enough protection and just enough loop holes for them jump through, in order for them to get away with it.
Its carefully designed that way, to protect and assist each other.
Like Pezz mentioned earlier maybe more harm than good may come of it to press forward, I don't know.
It will get exposed sometime when someone drops a real clanger by getting too arrogant. This one comes close with yoghurt boy announcing an accurate analysis on a public forum, but maybe just falls short,
again I don't know. but does expose the manipulation.
I would like to think that, the fact we are aware of such manipulation and are discussing it here on a public forum, might just be enough for them to think twice in the future, because we are that much smarter also, and we will be able to smell a rat and foul play much sooner.

My feeling is that it's time to leave this bad experience behind us and move on.

Time to focus back on ADN in my view, there's so much amazing stuff still to come for this great company.
