Lets hope directors stand up at the AGM and address the issues and concerns upfront with a detailed explanation of how this unfolded. The CR was lower than it could have been and LTHs have suffered more dilution than necessary. This difference in CR price is the profit secured by shorters. BODs need to acknowledge this and get on the front foot before being pressed by SHs. Moreover - clearly outlining what measures will be employed to avoid a repeat must be presented to return confidence.
