Last year when my son in-law got pancreatic we contacted SPL who told us a trial was starting soon in Sydney. They were very empathetic helpful and understanding. Unfortunately by then it was too difficult to get to Sydney before he passed away.

thx for sharing it would have been very difficult. it might be too later for the other friend as he went back into hospital yesterday again and not doing well, going down very quickly.

As someone said here a year or two ago, phase 1 of clinical trials is to determine if the treatment is safe enough to proceed and the dose limitations which should be applied.
